Behavior Consultant/Interventionist
BehaviorConsultant/Interventionist are responsible for the direct one-on-one treatment of each client. Behavior Consultant/Interventionist continuously assesses clients' progress and work with Program Directors and Program Managers to create effective treatment plans. Behavior Interventionist provides direct 1:1 treatment to clients, implementing program curriculum to obtain each treatment target and outcome. 


Program Manager
Program Managers hold the responsibility for assessing the needs of clients and developing individualized programs. Program Managers continuously assess each client’s progress to create the most effective treatment plan. Program Managers also provide training by providing objectives, intervention plans, and recommendations for comprehensive goals to be implemented by direct service staff. Program Managers will monitor the program’s curriculum, review data, and observe program implementation, all while providing parent training and consultation, conduct annual program review, and provide on-going supervision of each case.

Licensed Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapist (OT) must hold an active license as an Occupational Therapist granted by the California Board of Occupational Therapy in the State of California. Occupational Therapy focuses on each clients' performance related to tasks of daily living and fine motor skills such as appropriate play and interaction, and motor, sensory, and learning skills. Occupational Therapists work directly with clients and families in order to develop practical skills for activities of daily living with the purpose of fostering clients’ independence. Occupational Therapist is responsible to create interventions to help clients appropriately respond to information coming through the senses. 

Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist
Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) must hold a current license in Speech‐Language Pathology and Audiology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) granted by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. American Speech, Language and Hearing Association. SLP, facilitate a family's ability to enhance communication development through consultation and education. SLP also provide training to family members about the importance and value of early communication development and intervention, and the family's role in the client's communication development. OTs will also provide consultation and education to families, professionals, and agency representatives on the communication function of challenging behaviors, collaborate with all team members, and helps develop IFSPs, reports and assessments.

Licensed Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist (PT) must hold an active license granted by the Physical Therapy Board of California. Physical therapy (PT) services are an important part of early intervention and focuses on improving gross and fine motor skills, balance and coordination, and strength and endurance. If deemed appropriate, clients are evaluated by a Physical Therapist to assess muscle and joint function, mobility, strength, muscle tone, endurance, oral motor skills such as feeding and talking, posture and balance and collaborate with families and other medical, educational, developmental and rehabilitation specialists according to each client’s need. When appropriate, PT will also monitor the function, fit, and proper use of mobility aids, positioning devices, and braces, and teach and practice of functional developmental, motor, and mobility skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis to provide behavior-analytic services. The main function of a BCBA includes conducing assessments, testing, and analyze available data to help determine where, when, and why problem behaviors occur and analyze data to determine the function of the problem behavior. BCBA's will work with direct service staff to identify all target behaviors in objective and measurable terms. BCBA’s also design appropriate data collection systems to measure target behaviors in order to ensure the behavior support plan addresses the function of the problem behavior. Train staff and/or family members directly on the implementation of the behavior support plan problem behavior.
